How are sell-side quotes calculated?
Liquid items are priced against BUFF and YouPin. Pattern skins, sticker crafts, and other illiquid items are cross-referenced on CSFloat and comparable venues. You receive an itemized receipt for every line.
What is fixed vs floating settlement?
Fixed settlement locks your payout at the agreed amount for the entire hold period. Floating settlement recalculates on payment day — typically a higher percentage, but you absorb market movement during the wait.
When is payout issued after selling?
After Valve's ~7-day trade-reversal window closes and items are confirmed in our inventory. This is a platform requirement, not a policy we set.

How does procurement sourcing work?
We purchase on your behalf from marketplaces like YouPin and BUFF, where listing volume and pricing often beat Western retail. You pay in crypto; we deliver to your Steam inventory.
What crypto is accepted for purchases?
All crypto. Invoicing and settlement are crypto-only on the buy side.
Are prepayments available?
No. Sell-side payout follows the hold period. Established partners may qualify for exceptions.
Do you purchase cases in bulk?
Yes. Send a written manifest — case type and quantity per line — and we'll return a bulk quote.
Can you procure a specific skin?
In most cases. Submit the item name, float requirements, and any pattern or sticker constraints. We'll confirm availability before invoicing.
What happens if a trade is reversed?
Reversing a completed trade triggers a 30-day Steam tradelock and is treated as bad-faith behavior. We will not trade with that account again.
Where do trades take place?
Coordination happens on X and Discord. All item transfers occur on Steam. Verify you are speaking with our official accounts — impersonators exist.
